When does my campaign start?

Usually within a few hours. If the campaign is under review or an error has occurred, one of our employees will resolve this issue manually within 48 hours or contact you.

Why is my campaign mining so slowly?

Geolocation is active:

We may not be able to provide the users you want from your chosen geolocation and environment. We are currently working to extend our network to provide more users. This will make the campaigns faster and faster in the future.

To speed up the degradation, we would recommend turning off the geolocation or expanding the radius. Changing / expanding the radius is free and possible at any time. Please contact our support if you want to deactivate this.

If you wish, we will gladly accept changes for you.

The switching speed is determined by several factors:

The users get the opportunity to look at the campaigns, which should be liked. How often our users are active per week varies. The switching speed also depends on how many users in our network are active in total per day.

When you book a campaign, you can usually see the first progress on your channel after just a few hours. Most likes of a new campaign are quickly reduced by particularly active users. Towards the end, Likes will be added, which are taught by less active and new users.

Therefore, specifying how long a particular campaign needs to mine is not easy at this point.

Why is nothing happening in my campaign?

Possibly the advertising space / post you want to promote is not public. If the error was not resolved by our staff after 48 hours, please contact our support for clarification.

Why are my likes not broken down?

If you have made an order during the night, then there are delays. We are happy to be at your side from 8:00 to 23:00 and process your campaign.

Our users only post comments when they find prescribed text in the text boxes. This ensures that only texts according to your wishes are displayed on your fan page.

What are international fans?

For international users, these are people from all over the world. While this does not guarantee that it includes German users, it will be much faster to mine.

Unfortunately, during an international mediation neither the mining limit nor the geolocation can be considered.

Why is the mediation limit not reached?

The mediation limit is the upper limit of mediations per x day, so that the growth seems realistic and nobody could get the idea that there might be Likes / Fans / etc. to be bought.

Since the switching limit represents only a maximum of exchanges per period, this is no guarantee that this will be achieved.
