Users can stream two videos simultaneously, side-by-side

Twitter for Xbox rolled out a significant update Thursday.

The social network announced in a Twitter Video tweet that Twitter for Xbox users can now:

• Login to Twitter directly via the application and view their timelines, tweets and top commentary while watching videos.

• Stream two videos simultaneously, side-by-side.

• Browse the Periscope Global Map to discover live videos from around the world.

• View live 360 videos from Periscope.

Twitter said in an email to Social Pro Daily that 153 million hours of live user-generated video were streamed via Periscope in the first and second quarters of 2017.
