2.Subject of performance

3. Conditions for the provision of the service

3.2 If the other party submits several links without further information, the service will be distributed at its own discretion. For acute delivery problems (server maintenance) no daily limit is possible. Only the provisions of the respective product page are considered. After prior agreement and if necessary, other modifications must be made.


3.3 If there is a suspicion that a service purchased is abused, the customer clearly violates our guidelines. Likes, comments, followers are for private use only and should not be public.


3.4 The name of the service provider "Social-Fanclick or Spike-Marketing" may not be mentioned in the services purchased. It is important to us to protect the privacy of our customers. It is exclusively an anonymous service.

3.6 Fan packages at Social-Fanclick can also be purchased in a different form after written agreement. 4. Contract conclusion and order process


4.1 The images of the product packages in the online shop of Social-Fanclick do not constitute a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to submit an order. 4.4 After receipt of the order, the customer receives an automatic confirmation email, which lists the order again and under the item "invoice" the customer finds his invoice, which he can open via PDF and then print out. 5. Assure Social Fanclick to Increase Fan Numbers

5.3 Social Fanclick has the right to refuse orders where there is a suspicion that a service has previously been purchased through another provider.


5.4 Should there be a shortage of delivery time or an excess delivery, these are not a cause of defects. However, if the delivery time is exceeded and the promised target is not achieved, the customer is entitled to a partial refund. The contracting party must be aware that a request for termination may not be possible. If 55% of the service has already been successfully transferred, it is highly unlikely that it will be possible to cancel the service.


5.5 Although the mediated users are real people, a 100% activity can not be guaranteed. Social fan click has no influence on uploads of videos, pictures or posts.


5.6 Social Fanclick only guarantees up to 1,000 Instagram followers per profile! If the customer orders more than the specified order amount for his Instagram account, then it is not the Social FanClick but the customer who is responsible for the lost amount of followers / subscribers. A subsequent refund does not apply in this case. These are only real persons / profiles and therefore can not be guaranteed as a permanent profit.


6. Contract period, termination


6.1 The services on Social Fanclick can be ordered individually. But if a permanent care should be desired, this is also possible after consultation with Social Fan Club.


6.2 If it is a contract period, then the customer has the opportunity to terminate the contract with a notice period of 7 days to the end of the month, by email or registered mail.


6.3 If nothing else is noted in Social-Fanclick, then it is expressly always one-time services that can be purchased. A single purchase on social-fanclick.com will not result in a subscription or contract term.


7. Remuneration, accounting


7.1 The remuneration and all public prices on social-fanclick.com are inclusive of statutory VAT. (Also applies to offers or hourly allowances).


7.2 In the case of a contract term, the accounting is carried out by Social-Fanclick. All outstanding invoices are due within 14 days. The first invoice must be paid by prepayment.


7.3 Advance payments or partial payments after reaching a certain limit of 25% are due within 7 days.


7.4 For credit card payments, Social-Fanclick reserves the right to obtain a confirmation from the customer by email or telephone before the start of the service. Refunds will not be made on the credit card due to fraud.

8. acceptance


8.1 The contracting party is as far as relevant obliged to accept the service provided, provided that the service meets the contractual requirements. A decrease is to be explained in text form (§ 126 BGB).

9. Granting of rights

In the case of the fullest possible utilization of the works within the scope of the agreed purpose of use, the parties assume that the customer intends to use only one purpose of use.


9.3 The contracting party has the possibility of transferring all or part of the rights granted under this contract to third parties, without the consent of Social-Fanclick being necessary.


10. Responsible for social media appearances


10.1 Social Fanclick can not be held liable for any consequences arising out of legal relationships on the one hand between the customer and the fans or the respective platforms. The same applies to the legal relationship between the platform operator and the customer.


10.2 All created on-line appearance in the social networks have to be legally permissible, a legal examination or other liabilities are not carried out by Social-Fanclick.


However, social fan-click reserves the right to refuse the application of certain content.


This includes:

11. Liability of Social-Fanclick, warranty

Consequences of the cancellation
